CSP Connect is a comprehensive and fully dynamic CSP (Customer Service Point) payment management software designed to streamline multi-branch operations, employee tracking, and daily financial monitoring. The system provides a complete digital solution for franchises that handle daily transactions, payments, and financial entries. With a clean admin interface powered by PHP, MySQL, and Tailwind CSS, it ensures accuracy, transparency, and efficient workflow across all branches. The platform includes robust Opening & Closing Balance Management, where each branch or employee enters the daily opening amount, performs transactions throughout the day, and records the closing balance at the end of the shift. It also offers Franchise & Branch Management, enabling the admin to monitor multiple branches, view their reports, and track employee activities from a single dashboard. A fully functional Transaction Panel, combined with Ledger, Cash Flow, and Expense Management, ensures proper tracking of every financial movement. The system also includes Cash Denomination Entry, making cash verification easier during day-end settlement. Powerful reporting tools allow the admin to generate reports for each branch, franchise, and employee, ensuring complete control over the business. CSP Connect is built to handle high-volume entries and complex workflows with simplicity and reliability.
